“Sometimes songs take on a new life down the road—perspectives change as life unfolds. To me, this is really about the journey and the evolution along the way” says singer-songwriter Saul Rivers. “I want my music to give people a sense of hope, and that more in life will be revealed over time; they just have to hang in there.”
Singer-songwriter Saul Rivers pens the type of songs you can grow into. Rivers’ songs gift with intimate self-reflection and emotive narratives. His vocals hit that sweet spot between soulful and sorrowful, and his musicality spans pop, singer-songwriter, rock, and the sleekly adventurous soundscapes of R&B.
The New York-based artist has garnered favorable comparisons to artists ranging from Bruno Major and Kevin Garrett , to some of his own influences like John Mayer, Coldplay, and James Morrison.
Rivers has issued three studio EP’s (Late Bloomer, PARADOX, and Couldn't Do It Alone), a live EP (The Pineapple Sessions (Live), and 15 singles. His newest EP “Late Bloomer” includes his collaboration with Alita Moses (Jacob Collier) on Am I Gonna Be. The title track from his debut studio EP, Couldn't Do It Alone , amassed over a million streams on Spotify, and his work with Grammy-winning producer Scott Jacoby (Coldplay, Vampire Weekend, Jason Mraz) on Waves, Here, Change, and his most recent works with producer Zach Ezzy (Late Bloomer, PARADOX) are his strongest projects to date.
